I had the idea of making my own Biltong. I have been a fan of Jerky and Biltong for a while but it is so expensive to buy it from the shops, $5 for 50 gms = $100 per kg. For a good piece of Biltong at the butcher you are looking at $30. This being the case I looked online and decided to make one myself!!!
